Communications: Messages sent through the Platform are stored and may be reviewed by our team for safety and moderation purposes.
Payment information: Payment transactions are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store card details or sensitive payment data directly.
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and session data are collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information

- Facilitate buyer-seller communications
- Process listing fee payments

Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
- With buyers and sellers: For Simple Sale listings, seller contact details are shared with buyers who explicitly request them through the Platform. For Detailed Sale listings, information is released only after NCNDA signing and admin approval.
- With payment processors: Paystack receives information necessary to process your payment.
- For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the Platform.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing — we never store plain text passwords)
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Restricted admin access to sensitive data
- Regular review of access logs and security practices
No system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Listing data is retained even after a listing is sold or expired to preserve the Platform's transaction history.
If you wish to close your account, contact us at Contact Admin. We will deactivate your account and remove identifiable personal information where legally permitted.
Cookies
We use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state. These are essential for the Platform to function and are not used for advertising or tracking across third-party sites.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or share cookie data with advertisers.
